1. Edit the target page in docs/.
2. Confirm any new page is included in mkdocs.yml.
3. Run mkdocs build.

Update Repo Intent

1. Edit docs/intents/repo/marketing-docs.intent.yaml when scope, ownership, or delivery expectations change.
2. Keep docs/intents/index.yaml aligned with the active intent file.
3. Update docs/agent/manifest.yaml and docs/context/*.md if routing or authority changed.

Update Department Landing Content

1. Edit docs/index.md or docs/marketing.md.
2. Verify any external links remain intentional.
3. Rebuild the site.

Update Repo MCP Context

1. Edit docs/agent/manifest.yaml when authority or entrypoints change.
2. Edit docs/agent/start-here.md and docs/context/*.md to match.
3. Regenerate the workspace MCP registry after manifest changes.
